Join us for our monthly Journal Class. Offered online via Zoom on the second Tuesday of each month at noon. The session style and topic change monthly. $18/Class.
No experience necessary! Just bring a journal and a pen. Taught by Barbara Banks, MA, Life Coach and Yoga Instructor.

Meet Barbara Banks
Barbara began her yoga journey in 1997. What started out as a life transition coping skill suggestion from her life coach has turned into a way of life and a heart-felt passion. Barbara completed her 200 RYT in 2018 at Full Circle Yoga in Colorado and Restorative Yoga training in 2019, also in Colorado. Having had many teachers, of many different yoga styles, she leans towards gentle, slow vinyasa flow for the meditative and deeper body/breath connection, yet you will still find plenty of stretch and strength-building poses. Her classes are suited for any level yogi by offering different challenge levels during practice.
Along with teaching yoga, Barbara is a Certified Life Coach and Journal Teacher. Look for her Monthly Journal Class at Fusion, yearly Word of the Year and Vision Board workshop, and other special events such as Meditation Classes. Clinical Counseling, Music Therapy, and being an entrepreneur, are parts of her previous careers. She is an avid journaler, meditator, traveler, artist-wanna-be, dog mom, and grandmother.

Journaling allows people to clarify their thoughts and feelings, thereby gaining valuable self-knowledge. It’s also a good problem-solving tool; oftentimes, one can hash out a problem and come up with solutions more easily on paper.
