Feel Good Vinyasa Flow Yoga
This is a softer, nurturing, slow-paced, well supported and relaxing practice. Great for gym goers, runners, bikers, golfers, yoga flow-ers and anyone looking to simply relax, unwind, and let go of stress and tension in the body and mind. Accessible for beginner & level 1.
Rise & Shine Yoga
This is a more energized class, practicing Hatha Flow. Wake up the body and mind with this class that improves circulation, balance and mindfulness. Detoxify, burn calories, and build a stronger you - inside and out. Accessible for those at LEVELS 1, 2, and 3.
Restorative Yoga w/ Sound Bath
A slow-paced practice, this class is formed by a gentle sequence of long-held poses focusing on stretching and releasing the connective tissues of the body. It is meant to improve flexibility while bringing students to a deep level of calm. The practice closes with a sound meditation guided by Crystal and Tibetan Singing Bowls, drawing you into a deeper state of rest and relaxation. Accessible for all levels.
Sunday Flow Yoga
This is a moderately paced class, practicing Hatha Flow. You will focus on the flowing movement linked with breath which offers challenges and intensity with modifications in order to meet each student at his or her skill level. Accessible for all levels. Accessible for those at LEVELS 1, 2, and 3.
Gentle Yoga Flow
A gentle, yet effective approach to yoga that focuses on increasing flexibility and balance for transformation at any age. Good for all levels, including beginners and anyone who hasn't practiced in a while. This class is a wonderful opportunity to honor your unique body. Accessible for all levels.
Warm Flow Yoga
Breathe, move, sweat and connect! Stoked by yogic breathing techniques, the internal heat of the body couples well with the external heat of the room to allow you the opportunity to drop a little deeper into your practice. Accessible for those at LEVELS 1, 2, and 3.
