Initial Consultation : $225

We spend this consultation reviewing your needs, your health history, and your intake form to determine the best approach for your personal treatment. Our massage therapist includes health coaching and hands on myofascial release treatment. Expect to leave with a treatment plan including exercises to incorporate into your daily routine.

Standard Myofascial Treatment: $165

90 minutes.

This treatment consists of hands on myofascial release to address chronic pain, injuries, postural and alignment. Sessions include support through trauma release and discussing any lifestyle changes that will benefit you..

Pediatrics: $90

45 minutes.

Our pediatrics massage is hands on treatment for your child. Please call for a consultation prior to scheduling so we can talk about your child’s particular needs.

Balance in Pregnancy: $175

90 minutes.

Practicing myofascial release therapy, we address postural issues or injuries related to your softening ligaments. We focus on the changes in your center of gravity and provide you with an easy and balanced entry into motherhood. Your session includes strategies and tips for a healthy pregnancy, delivery and postpartum.

Women’s Health Treatment: $205

1 hour & 45 minutes.

This treatment allows you to get comfortable talking about and working with intimate concerns. This includes internal and external pelvic work and requires the prior consent of a doctor and a release form. Must be an established client.
